Refund policy

BracketLife is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 15-days of the ship date – no questions asked! Returns past the 15-day mark will not be accepted.

Email bracketlifebrand@outlook.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.

We do not accept any returns after 15 days from ship date.

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

To cancel an order, please contact BracketLife as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our location. Please note: we cannot add a discount code after your order is placed.

Once we ship a package, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double check your shipping address at time of checkout! You will be charged $9.95 USD to reship your package once it is returned to us. BracketLife is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once a package leaves our location, it is in the control of the shipping company (we currently use Canada Post & USPS). If your package is lost in transit, you must file a claim with your local post office. Please note: shipping and delivery confirmation cannot be provided if email address is not entered at checkout.

What CAN Be Returned:

Items that are unworn and unwashed

Items free of perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, food odors or stains of any kind.

Items purchased at regular price (no sale items or discount codes)

Items within the 15-day return policy

What CANNOT Be Returned:

Items that have been worn, washed, or have odors or stains of any kind

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code

Items outside the 15-day return policy
